No doesnt work in MAME but runs almost perfect on Supermodel 3 emulator.

matsadona:

Exactly. I have a looted Atari Star Wars cabinet that I’m planning to put a PC in (since I will never find a vector monitor) and run both SW Trilogy (in Supermodel 3) and the other SW games (in MAME).
With the current RAM Controls situation it is probably easier to find an analog joystick than a yoke.
Not the perfect solution, but a kind of mutant that might give me more pleasure than it is now, more or less acting as landfill ;)

Paul Olson:

Vector monitors are easy to find; they are just not cheap. You can find one pretty much any time if you are willing to pay $300 - $350.

matsadona:

Yeah, I know. And I would easily pay 300$. But there isn't many that will ship it to Sweden. And if I find any who will, it will for sure cost me a fortune.
So probably another 300$, with no guarantees. And that is probably beyond my financial breaking point for that project... :(

You may be right about the shipping to Sweden. If it something you are interested in, you should post a wanted post over at KLOV. Someone may be able to help. If it is something you really want, just check it out to make sure. When I started this crazy hobby, I spent over $700 to get a cab to use. It was a ridiculous amount to pay, but in hindsight, it was one of the best purchases I have ever made. It got me going with this hobby, and that is definitely worth the few hundred extra I payed.

I know of a nice WG 6100 here in Reno that is $350, or the whole working Space Duel cocktail it is from for $450. The seller is on KLOV. I don't know if he would ship, or if it is cost effective enough, but it would be worth checking on.

Doesn't hurt to look, and you may get lucky.
