Seems like it would be more appropriate to call them a Dirty Soup Commie in that situation.

Eh, "Dirty Soup Commie" not as catchy as "Soup Nazi".  ;)

--- Quote ---How about if they are Nazis? As in Illinois nazis.

Sure, then it's okay.

--- End quote ---

That's debatable , slander, harassment, slander, libel ,etc

--- End quote ---

Debatable?  No, he's obviously not a Nazi.

Slander?  No, slander is spoken.

Harassment?  No, harrassment is an aggressive pattern.

Slander?  No, we covered that.

Libel?  The only possibility but libel need to be specific as well as demonstrably damaging in order to be actionable.  If this were not the case the entire internet would be... erm... liable for libel damages.

I wasnt saying him posting nazi on a forum applied all those (slander twice evidently) I meant a real world application. Xiaou2 doesnt live in the real world so it doesnt really apply. As for the Dirty Soup Commie...... Have you ever seen Seinfeld?

I got the reference.  I think someone doling out bowls of soup would be a better Communist than Nazi.
