He last logged in Dec 18th, when we thought the sentencing would be. I'm curious if he logged in because he was tempted to post in this thread. You get sentencing appeals even when you plead guilty? Why tf plead guilty unless it's part of a deal in the first place. I need to find out who his atty. is so I never ever mistakenly use them. Perhaps some mandatory minimum or 3 strikes or something in play. Sadly I'm a bit surprised that people are looking at time for fairly rinky dink fraud of this level. Hopefully its not taking up room needed for some murderer. |

Shame I missed him at CES, but I'm sure he will be out in less time with good behaviour. I guess we should all take a lesson from this. Maybe he will be sent to the Warm Springs Correctional Centre, so I can go visit. ;D |
