Technically Tempest could be played on a track ball.  Spinners are two way optical.  A typical trackball could be too if you ignored any vertical movement.

I've always wondered if he would sue Hyperspin if he still had the rights to Ultracade.

I believe the wager was $5, and my position was that he was going to spend at least a year in prison.  Maybe it was six months.  I'm comfortable with either.

Document labelled 117-1.pdf in your attachment is quite the laugh riot if you need one.  I'd sum it up as "nobody died and I didn't know it was illegal."

He's going to do some serious time.
