Anyways. Foley was the creator of Ultracade...and some other things.

Haven't you guys watched any movies? You know, stall it in court for ten or twenty years.

Case in point, dated january of last year:

So one of the bigger stories I missed during this period was the plea deal for Mr. David Foley in regards to the Ultracade situation. Here was a post about the original allegations. He pled guilty to to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and conspiracy to commit bank fraud with other charges being dropped; at this point he can argue for no time spent in jail and the government can argue to put him away for up to 41 months. I’m not sure when that sentencing will take place but we’ll probably hear about it before too long.

I'm guessing they are hoping that by the time it ACTUALLY goes to trial, they would have forgotten what they were going for.

Wager on how long until he actually gets sentenced? Since PBJ left, I'm not convinced that he'll send me my money when I win.
