Next Stern pin: AC DC by Steve Ritchie

ChadTower:

That face looks like a crinkled up Kelly Lebrock magazine ad.

In case you all have forgotten...

That 'hideous face' is straight from the HIGHWAY TO HELL album cover.

jrivelli:
Steve Richie has done way too many incredible games to start putting his name on stuff like this, I really hope he reads the feedback or "gets it" after this pin and tells Stern to stick it and force them to start making killer pins.

Good thing people buy Music because of CD Covers.   Ohh wait...

But uhh, yeah....  I dont think that even ACDC fans would be psyched about that photoshop mess of a copy of a record album 'goof of a sneer' picture.    Zoom things out, put the entire band in there... in a nice concert like setting or something.

Its one thing to "Close-Up" a hot model, and quite another, of a dudes ugly mug.

I personally dont care for ACDC.  I cant really stand that guys voice.  And the songs are cheezy as hell.  Take out the singing, and they improve a LOT.. but still are not that good, Imo.

There are so many other Artists that would be much more universally Loved than ACDC.
But then again, Im glad that they didnt get picked... only to be ruined via Sterns resident Craptastic Photoshopper.

Gahh. It hurts to even look at that thing.

TOK:
I guess I'll be one of the few to admit I don't totally hate the look of it. They captured a lot of cool AC/DC elements, and even though I'm not the biggest fan of their music, I think its a much better rock theme than The Rolling Stones.

Regarding the face... Finally something that looks like real old school painted pinball art! Unfortunately, they didn't use that same style for the band pic below and back glass. The inconsistency is jarring.

I think the LE version of this with lower playfield could have looked stunning if all done in traditional art.
