The Mrs. and my sister in law chipped in and bought me a PS3... I know im getting old, because it took me a week to figure the damn thing out...  :laugh2:

I saw where i can download Dragon's Lair 1, 2 and Space Ace to play... I think i might do it next paycheck... I have it on my mame cab... but I think the PS3 would be smoother and also 720p... :applaud:

Got a nice coffee table book "Monsters in the Movies" by John Landis

( my bonus room is all Universal Monsters related)

I was hoping i would have gotten the Gremlin Stripe statue Ive been asking for

( i was going to place him beside my vintage film projector) Guess Ill have to wait...

One thing I got which I'm really really enjoying is "Star Wars: the Original Radio Drama" on CD.  7 CDs of Star Wars goodness broken into 13 parts produced for NPR radio and broadcast in 1981.  Mark Hamill and Anthony Daniels participated, rest of voices seem pretty good, and the sound effects and mood are right on.

Story starts just before the beginning of the movie that we're all familier with, and I was through the entire first disc before the battle that starts off the movie even began.

Really good, entertaining, and great for the commute.
