| AimTrak Lightgun and Model 2 (M2) Emulator losing Focus???? |

I have go the Aimtrak lightgun working in the M2 emulator on, The House Of The Dead but have noticed that some times it will just lose focus of the M2 main window (fullscreen) and put me back to the desktop with the game still running when i fired off screen to reload the gun, and sometime if shooting of screen doesnt cause M2 to lose focus it will cause the games to stutter for a split second!. It doesnt do it every time i shot of screen to reload the gun, but i cant get more than a few minutes in before it will happen. Does anyone know a work around for this so Model 2 emulator doesnt lose focus when shooting off screen?? |

This is a known bug in M2. The screen isn't a real full screen, its just a window that is sized up to take up the whole screen, when you fire off screen, you can register a mouse click outside of the window and shenanigans ensue. Just don't use off screen reload and you will be fine. |

Ok thanks for the info, so basically i need to set the reload to a button...im not sure how id go about doing this as i think the aimtrak has off screen reloading built into the hardware. Im guessing this will never get fixed in an update for M2 as it isnt being developed anymore is it?? |

As far as i know its still in active development, but most of it is focusing on the driving games. you can set a reload button with the aimtrak I wouldn't expect this issue to be fixed anytime soon, nor would I expect them to fix it so you can use two guns at once, but you never know. |

Thats a shame, seeing as Virtua Cop, Virtua Cop2 and House Of The Dead are some of the best lightgun games to come out in the last 15 years. I noticed you can enable cheats in the drop down window in the emulator itself, i wonder if theres a cheap for auto reload about? |
