Wells Gardner 9200 27" digital (Wiring Question)-(pincusion re-visited)

Does anyone know the polarity of the W801 deflection board socket
and also the polarity of the P204 video neck board socket?
Are the two sockets even polarity sensitive?

I just replaced the whole thing (deflection board, video neck board and remote control board) because the screen started pincushioning a couple of months back and wasnt able to be adjusted anymore.

I have everything else wired (confidently) but Im scared as hell with these two last connections (damn why didnt I mark them).
Currently there does seem to be a direction to the ease of inserting them into the sockets, one way is easy the other way not so much without forcing them into the sockets.

I just dont want to take the chance before firing it up.

no polarity for either one.

one on the deflection board is the AC for the degauss, the neckboard connector is ground... no polarity.

Thanks,
Yeah I didnt think so cuz they didnt have any special grooves or guides on them to prevent reverse polarity but wasnt sure.

So, tried it pushing them in the easy way.
I guess there are more problems though...

-screen stays black
-can hear the normal clicking as if no signal or in screen saver mode (typical when the monitor was working)
-can see the green power lite on the deflection board.
-everything else appears to be seated properly.
(no burning smell!!)

Ive read about 8 times out of 10 that a black screen may be caused by a bad power supply.?.

The board (deflection, neck, remote) are all brand new from WG as a $175.00 replacement, I've had it for about 3 months in bag and box though since I just moved and finally had a chance to install it.

Guess I should call them to see if there is somthing Im missing like a special procedure with a new board, with windows or somthing else or to see if they'll replace it after 3 months..I doubt it.

If nothing else Ill put the old one back in and live with the pin-cushion a little longer.

sometimes they ship replacement boards and replacement flybacks with the "screen" control on the flyback turned all the way down. see if that's it.

hmmm, I'll have to dig through a schematic and see what\where exactly I'm supposed to do this.
Noob here if you hadnt noticed!  ???
