Samstag:
Have you tried running a linux live CD?  If it runs fine you can rule out all the hardware pretty quick.

RayB:
Everything Vigo said. Unless it's a low-end Macbook Air. They just can't run Flash without overheating.

fallacy:
When you are playing a flash video go to your task manager and see if your CPU usage is around 100% Been haveing this issue with Flash on alot of different machines.

scept1c:
I will advice you to take pause, to turn off your laptop... and to take off your back cover, to vacum your radiator and to put a little of oil on the fan.... I did this and it help...

hypernova:
Checked out some Linux LiveCD.  What version would others suggest?  I opted for OpenSUSE (v 12.1).

Ran a memtest overnight.  It had 4 full passes complete, no issues.  Question, is this a normal number of full tests for over 7 hours?  Does a full test really take nearly 2 hours?  I have 4 GB RAM and an Intel 2 Ghz Core 2 Duo.  Seems like it should have finished a few more than just 4 full tests.

Will check the HDDs later.
