X-Wing for Firefox?

I have been trying to get this to play for some time, but I have an ancient X1800 graphics card that refuses to play with any recent Open GL.

If you have been able to get this to work with your set up, please post some reviews of the game, so I can at least see what it looks like.

Sounds cool but that is all what I have got is... sound.  :lol

tried it in chrome on the laptop.  interesting but it's basically a flash game, although full screen rather than a window.  WASD controls were hard for me but again, I was on the laptop, bet it would be better with the mouse.  they need to be reversed - ie. up makes the craft go up.  Play it before lucasarts conks them.

Here's a screenshot:

It runs fine on a Geforce 9800 GT in Firefox.  Seems like just a test piece (a neat one).  You just fly a trench run, avoiding things as speed slowly increases.  You can shoot but there is really nothing to destroy. I only spent a couple of minutes in it.

The info button says it needs Firefox 4+ or Chrome 9+ and to try setting a '--ignore-gpu-blacklist' switch for your browser if you are having trouble.  HTH.

This worked OK in Firefox 7 without any tweaking for me. NVidia 285GTX.

So dark it's hard to see, plus the X-wing blocks your view a lot of the time.

Runs perfectly fine for me.
Firefox 7.01
Windows Vista 64 SP2
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.10 Ghz

PCI-E ATI Radeon HD 3650 1 GB
