Comparison question about buttons from two different sites

Really? What kind of length difference are we talking here? I've never seen the shorter ones, but if they're out there, that sure would help with my light bleeding issue.

Thanks Nephasth and mgb for your responses. Much appreciated!
Nephasth: Susan from Paradise Arcade informed me that a regular IL PSL button is a shorter pushbutton than the IL PSL-L. About 4 mm shorter according to the drawings she said she was referring to. Are your longer buttons not letting as much light through the top as you'd like them to?
mgb, thanks for pointing out the possible length difference. I also inquired with Lizard Lick Amusements regarding their button type/length but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Thanks for clearing that up, 4mm isn't a significant enough difference in length to have any effect on my light bleeding issue. Here's a pic of my layout during MK3. The top middle button and the button in the upper left are unlit, but the light pollution from the other buttons is causing some light to be seen in them. Also, between the buttons that are lit, you can see colors of some buttons polluting the colors of the other buttons. I have a solution to stop the light bleeding on its way, and should have the problem solved this weekend.
Note: I didn't have an issue with light bleeding when using this same button/led combo in a wood control panel.

one of 2 ideas...
1: place another nut (or 2) on each of the switches to block the light.
2: wrap the exposed portion of the switches with some electrical tape.

Fixed my light bleeding issue with some heat shrink tubing, you can check it out in my Two-Headed Beast thread, but here's the results.
