AlienInferno:
Good job on the weight loss.  I need to work a little harder on keeping myself fit.  I don't really drink beer (2 every couple of months maybe) and I like tea but prefer plain tea (no lemon, no sweetener.)  My main thing is working on portion control.  I can eat as much as a horse usually.  Allthough I pretty much fast walk/run for 8 hours a day at work.  Even eating like a horse I still managed to go down a couple pants sizes.

Edit:  Tobacco is a hard one to quit.  I've tried several times.  Longest run was about 6 months.

thanks for the tips
the wife said she has seen Glucosimine tablets,  Just did not know what they were for.

you had me think back to Sunday. My van died on I64.  6:30 AM  dark as heck. No phone.
I just started to walk home. I made it back to 127 before a coworker spotted me.

8 miles walked. Monday I felt great.
This diet I am doing was made for P90X work outs , also if I was working out with them I would be 1/2 way into stage 2
Carbs go into diet.
I think I need to hit the stretch bands

working on tobacco. This one is very blanking HARD!
by far the hardest crutch to kick off down to 8 to 10 a day

i know what you mean by quiting smoking, used to smoke 30 a day, then at the start of february i got one of them electronic cigartettes, haven't had another 'real' cigarette since, not a perfect solution as you still stay addicted to nicotine but deffo a healthier option

Eating healthy takes more time, but is not costly.

Reuters disagrees.

 Me too.

I dont know how anyone could conclude otherwise.  Its far cheaper to buy something loaded with fat (fat is dirt cheap), than actual healthy ingredients.
