Glad to hear that youre doing well though! Careful about the being thirsty all the time, that leads to diabetes. Trust me, I know. Thats how I found out that I had it. Dropped a bunch of weight, got super thirsty at night, went to the doctor, then bam. They told me I had diabetes.

I kind of figured some thing like that. I had a hint smack me between the eyes not so long ago.
I was still winging off beer. I think I was down to 3 a night. I was standing up. hands on the dinning room chair. BOOM I was drunk??! I needed help to the shower . Wife looked at me and asked how many beers did you drink?

I went to bed at 5:30 pm and slept till 3:30am and felt fine.
That was the kicker on the beer. I went 1 a night till I ran out of beer.
Thanks for the heads up . I was wishing to put off a doctor visit till March.
I Know a long time off. I can not do the P90x exercises . I can not keep up .
so I am walking and chin ups, sit ups, push up. till I can even do the work outs. I know sad. but true I need to get healthy to get healthier.

man the garden was a BUST this year. heat killed all.
win some lose some. 2 years of losing on garden battle fronts.
but I still enjoy the heck out of it.
some day I will figure out a simple fail proof garden.

120 lbs is a killer to lose - you have to learn to stay the course and win the gold medal. Silver is for chumps.
I drink Starbucks House Blend like 5 cups real strong (like syrup). Makes the day much brighter! ;D

Since I have grown older, I find it is much harder to loose weight. A few years ago, if I wanted to drop 10 pounds I could do so in just a few weeks by simply dropping a few beers or a couple of snacks.
Aint that easy anymore.
I got up to 217 lbs (5 ' 8"), and have been fighting all summer and am down to 201.
I would like to get down to my old weight of 180 (which is still a little over for my height, but I can live with it), but it is hard, so I admire your work man.
Maybe I will try the diet you are on.

Id be happy with like...2 everyday. I dont even bother because Id get fat. right now I am like 160(5'11") but its time to start caring. beer is twice a week kinda thing for me. I save it for social gatherings.
