I agree with Leapinlew, cut out the damaged area, bassically like shown in this thread:

Then if you don't wanna do all the bondo feathering and what not, just install the kick plate all the way around
And definitely extra points to you for going vertical :applaud:

Well that won’t work for this one I’m afraid :(. All 4 sides are toast and the bottom too. I think if it was one side, or maybe two, I could use that trick. If I was to do that on this cabinet, I would remove all of the structure.

Well, I decided not to cut the bottom off. Instead, I used the ol' standby..Bondo. Below is an image of one of the corners that looked really bad. It wasn't the worst corner tho-. I think it was about the 3rd worst
Below is the one side fixed.
That was after 1 1/2 can of bondo.
I also started work on the over all appearance of the cabinet. I was going to make it some kind of "Classic Arcade" with classic images all around it. Instead, I thought I would go with something totally not classic. Here is the marquee.
I am thinking about adding white formica. below is a rough mock up image.
I hope to have the cabinet totally repaired by next week. More images then :)

Thanks man... You’re a graphics guy, I want to put some sort of a ghosted grid/hex pattern in the blue gradient. Do you have any source that has some cool grids I could play with? Maybe on that is non-uniform. Maybe getting larger/smaller from right to left or maybe flowing like a waving flag…. Any Ideas?
