| Can I use my cab joystick as a mouse? |

An *analog* stick *may* work as a mouse....I dunno. A digital (4 switches) stick will not unless theres some clever program out there to do this. I'd assume it would resemble what is in MAME to play trackball games with a joystick. |

You can do this just fine with one of those programs (like joy2mouse) or you can use a scripting language to do the same thing (AutoIt or AutoHotKey are good choices). An analog joystick would probably be easier to use, but a digital joystick will work just fine. I know I've seen this kind of code on the AHK forum at some point, so that one is ready to use even! |

If you happen to have a U360 in there, there is a mouse map for that stick that I use. Works pretty well for what it is. |

Im running xp with a ultimarc keyboard hack and a ultimate stick from happs The main motion of world of Zoo is to hold down a mouse button and move the cursor back and forth to brush and scratch animals. I think a joystick would be best for this. I think I will give one of the programs recomended once my new video card arives. It turns out I need to be able to run pixel shader 1.1, Bummer. :banghead: |
