Does this bug (fixed in 0.143u4) affect GroovyMAME?

Calamity:
That bug must be present in GroovyMAME too as it's pre-143u4. However, it won't affect you unless you manually enable the -refreshspeed option, which is unnecessary if you're using GroovyMAME.
