Not exactly what you want but it could be a fairly easy and attractive solution. --- End quote --- I'll take a look, maybe some braided sleeving would be good enough. I should get some for my PC anyways, my wife is always complaining about the wires. |

Depending on the devices, a single, unpowered hub at the end with 2 devices connected shouldn't be an issue (the only case I can think of where this wouldn't work is hooking up an LEDwiz 32 and trying to drive a full complement of LEDs with it using USB bus power instead of external power). |

I'm in a city apt, so putting together a desktop CP. Using parts that I hope to one day reuse in a cabinet when I grow up and move to the suburbs. Oh wait, I'm "married with children", maybe I should get on that. --- Quote from: drventure on August 23, 2011, 10:37:44 pm ---Depending on the devices, a single, unpowered hub at the end with 2 devices connected shouldn't be an issue (the only case I can think of where this wouldn't work is hooking up an LEDwiz 32 and trying to drive a full complement of LEDs with it using USB bus power instead of external power). --- End quote --- Hope so, waiting for artwork to come in, then will wire everything and give it a go. --- Quote from: ed12 on August 23, 2011, 10:51:38 pm ---hi i know in the merit ion game's there is a single to dual usb cable installed ie 1 end goes to the motherboard the other go's out to 2 usb device's look on the ami/merit site look for :ion: ed --- End quote --- Not sure what you mean, quick googled, didn't see. |
