I think the plexi was $10 so it might be worth it. Can you sand it down, I would prefer to cut it but and make it fit snug in the cabinet. |

Router worked best for me. Clamp a board along the line you want to cut, and use a flush trim. You end up with a perfectly smooth almost polished edge. |
