Dammit, I completely missed this as a possibility...darn.  Would def. like to change the colors on mine out. 

And for mounting in wood - just router out underneath the panel to fit it in...or use some kind of metal mounting plate.  Prob. easier with a plate.

Sparkfun is advertising one that appears the same for $14.95, however they state it has a 2 inch ball. Link.

I don't have one, so I have no idea of the quality, but I can at least vouch for Sparkfun.

The pix of the ebay one and the sparkfun one look identical to me.  The sparkfun one has led in it already.  I ordered the one from sparkfun to give it a try, since you can't beat the price of that.
