I'd love to help.  You should make a classic cab database and a modified cab database.

I can help with drawings.  I can convert mine to autocad from CADKEY.

Here's a good resource for Neo-Geo cabs.  There's no plans, but plenty of pics and manuals.  You'll have to be more specific on which type of MVS cab you want.  Seems they made a ton of them.  I had plans on using the 4/6 slot MVS where the coin door sticks out further than the base of the cab as the root of my design.
