It does now -- policy mainly to keep the trolls out.

We're talking about KLOV. This sounds more like a policy to keep all the trolls in.

I was actually wondering about getting a recommendation as well, I was bummed to see that I would need to do paypal since I forgot my Paypal password long ago. I am registered as vigo__carpathian (two underscores) Vigo was already taken. If someone would kind enough to recommend me as well, I would appreciate it!
