Groovymame + arcadevga v2(HD2400) + drivers calamity??
« on: January 27, 2012, 12:44:43 am »
Hi Calamity,

I post here because I haven't seen my problem elsewhere :
I would have liked to try your drivers on a configuration based on ArcadeVGA2 HD2400 (WinXP32).
After having properly uninstalled the Ultimarc driver, I installed your driver "crt_emudriver_9.3_1.2a_xp32_multisync".
Then, the executing of Arcade_OSD indicate "crt_emudriver not found".
Indeed, by checking the properties of the GPU, I notice the card didn't start because there is a code 10 error.

Are you informed about incompatibility between your drivers and those HD2400 from Ultimarc?
Does there exist a particular procedure with these GPU?

If that can be useful to you, here is a screenshot of this HD2400 device ID:

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi scatoons,

Unfortunately, there's no support for ArcadeVGA cards based on HD2400 chipsets or above. Just the old Radeon 9250 and possibly X300 and X600 based cards are supported.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead or pasting it.
