I use these for external usb ports on the sides of my cab's cp:

The company is L-Com but you can order them through Amazon. They're one composite piece which includes the usb cable on the inside which is nice.

Also, if you are not looking for the specific mount you first linked, but just a general mountable USB plug, there is another alternative.  It seems every time I buy a motherboard I end up with a couple back panel slot mounts like this (I've probably got a half dozen of the 2-port variety in a box somewhere):

If you have anything like that you can just unbolt the metal slot plate and remount the plugs to whatever you need.

I use these on a  bracket.   Cut the tabs off the bracket and screw it in anywhere you want a couple of flush mount USB ports. Cable plugs right into your MB USB header.
