SirPeale sells the disconnects in his new storefront Disconnects Crimper can be bought at any Home Depot or Lowes in the electrical department. They also sell disconnects at a much higher price. |

Hi guys, Can I jump in and say I am also in the process of sourcing components for my first bartop cab build and I'm loving the easy wiring and setup of the ultrastik 360's. one question though, are 8 buttons enough per joystick? I ask this becuase I was wondering how you can have 6 fighting buttons, player 1 & 2 start, coin, pinball flippers. How would you go about adding these etc buttons? Thanks :) |
| Nephasth:
Well 6 fighting buttons and a start button for each joystick makes 7. The coin button isn't necessary (due to the shift function) unless you really want one, which would make 8. If it were me, I would wire the pinball flipper buttons to the same inputs as say P1 buttons 1 & 2 (maybe put them on a switched ground to prevent P2 from messing with P1 during fighting games). |

So you mean add 2 more buttons and wire them to the existing buttons so they do the same action and be (live) all the time just not pressed other than for pinball? |
| Nephasth:
Pretty much. They wouldn't be live all the time if you switched their grounds (they would only be live if. The switch was on). |
