Bet that's a very subtle and hard to legally challenge way of asking "are you ghetto?"

AtomSmasher:
A question I ask when interviewing someone is "Are you easily offended?", but then I don't work in a normal office working environment :)

I always hated the question "Whats your greatest fault?"  because 99% of the people will answer with either "Perfectionist" or "I work too hard" which is always complete BS.

Dartful Dodger:
The worst thing about an interview is getting the stains out of your suit afterwards.

I've had to interview potential peers. By the time they get to the peer interview they've  more or less got the job, it feels like were there just to give the impression that we’re a professional company.

None of us doing the interviewing care or prepare for it so any silence is because we're waiting for someone else to say something. We don't want to be there either.

...Unless the interviewee is a she and she's cute.

I think what I hate the most, is going through the "Dog and pony show" giving it your best effort, Only to say "We hired an internal candidate", Like they knew all along who they were going to hire!
