Only if legally or morally compelled to be.

I was wondering what everyone thinks the worst/most unnerving part of the interview is. For me it is how after answering a question how they just look at you for a second then start writing down your answer without saying anything. The silence and not being able to read what they thought about your answer is the worst. :-\

Wanna know a secret? They're watching to see your reaction during that time.

What I absolutely hate is the lunch interviews. I know they do it to try to make you more comfortable, but it does quite the opposite. I am usually first in line for free food, but damn, you will never feel more watched when eating in your entire life. Also, you end up panicking about your meal choice and how the interviewer will analyze exactly what you eat and how you eat. I easily prefer sitting in a conference room with a cup of water any day.

Nah. The worst are the ones that come with the "This person thinks they are interviewing for a talent position... but what they do not know is that I am not really an agent and there is no job..." disclaimer.

Thats not an interview... Thats a $9.99 pay-per-view.

You say in-ter-view. I say pay-per-view.
