Worst part about job interviews????
JcProAm:
So i just had my first job interview in quite awhile trying to get a promotion within my company. I was wondering what everyone thinks the worst/most unnerving part of the interview is. For me it is how after answering a question how they just look at you for a second then start writing down your answer without saying anything. The silence and not being able to read what they thought about your answer is the worst. :-\

Wanna know a secret? They're watching to see your reaction during that time.

Haha I was going to say that. I hate having to answer stupid ass questions. "Whats your greatest achievement in life? Why should we hire you? What is your biggest fault?" I used to hate having to ask those questions in an interview. Stupid company made me ask them. Annoying. ::) Luckily my Regional isnt a micro-manager, so I dont have to do ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- like that anymore. ;D
JcProAm:
Yeah the questions they were asking were all situational. "Tell us about a time you had to solve a problem or deal with a difficult situation involving an external business partner" I think i did pretty well and have high hopes as the significant raise will help me get the rest of the funding for my 1st full cabinet build ;D

Anyone who didn't figure that out on their own better be interviewing to flip burgers. Just sayin'.
