the non working speaker isn't broken, its just not receiving any signal, also the cps2 board is outputting stereo, i checked on my stereo.

How are you hooking the A board into your stereo? Jamma is mono. if you use the RCA outs from the A board, you feed them into an amplifier and then use that to power the speakers.

so, from that manual, i need to pull off the wires from the mono output and move them onto the stereo amp output?

If possible, take a picture of your amplifier and it will be easier to help you.
