Is it possible - mame cab and jukebox?

If space is an issue, look at plans for wall-mounted jukeboxes. That's the route I'm currently taking.

That's what I thought, too, but it IS a space saver!

I'm guessing its been considered, but...you could put an additional pc in the cab dedicated to run the juke.  You'd essentially have the same, if not better, results.  I know cost is a factor, but you don't need a crazy system to run the juke.  I use an old laptop with an external 400gb hard drive.

As far as something easy for your wife, start loading and playing with jukebox software.  It could take a while to find the one you like.  I ended up with Album Player and I've been very happy with it.

Oh, and my opinion would be to not put the jukebox in the mame cab.  It's something that you might later regret.
