No sound in M2 when lunched through MA

I am running MA 2.10 and when I launch the M2 emulator (v.0.9) through it I get no sound. The sound works fine if launched in windows, bu none through MA.

Any ideas?

Didnt actually realize version 1.0 was out and that fixed the problem. Still have one other problem though, not all the roms show up in MA, like viruta fighter 2 runs fine, but it doesnt show up in the game list in MA.
