I'm not building anything that requires any drilling into playfields.
I've got my parts and I have my plans. This one I build is just for funsies, but I'm going to design a very nice one that I might build several models of so that I can sell them. It seems like the demand for them is high enough to warrant making some extras and most of the plans out there give you some pretty flimsy or ugly results.
My dad owns a machining business, so I'm going to design something that can be adjusted to accommodate different playfield sizes, is compact, is light, and can be broken down and stored easily. There's no reason why it should cost $200-$300 like you see people selling theirs for, either.
