keyboard.dat & language.dat

Greetings and salutations from Belgium!    ;D

And that does state the problem I'm experiencing with DWJ Wincab: the winsetup program states it can't find keyboard.dat and language.dat. Should be no problem if you're using a US keyboard, but, being in Belgium, we use other keyboard maps here. I've been through the forum several times and haven't seen anything related to keyboard.dat & language.dat. Either I'm blind as a bat or this problem hasn't surfaced yet. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this little but annoying problem?

The winsetup program is only used if your system can't detect the sound card for some reason; it allows you to select a specific sound card or game controller.  Anything that you need to do through winsetup can also be done through editing the jukebox.ini file.
