If you don't look too close this doesn't look too bad, I think I might just rebuild the CP though, one of the trackball bolts pushed through. The plexiglass work could be better too.

What are you doing for a marquee? I like the design. Nice job on the bezel

No real marquee to speak of, just some cut out letters that will say ARCADE or something equally clever.
