Sorry to hear that about Blackpool, not been for a long time (about 10 years) but there was plenty of classics tucked away on the Piers, upstairs in some on the larger promenade arcades and a good selection on the many arcades on the Pleasure Beach. Luckily I have moved from Bolton down to Exeter and now live about 2 miles away from Arcadebarn ;) |

We re just awaiting confirmation of the venue but I think it's 99% certain it's gonna be at the same place again. So this time I will check out the local arcades better. I walked along the promenade front from one end to almost the other. I stopped short of the Pleasure Beach and didn't check any arcades on the piers. Taxi back cost to where I started cost me £13!!! :o It was a long walk but not that long! Next time I will take the Friday off work and have all day in Blackpool instead of just three hours on the Saturday night. The event didn't close on the Saturday till 8:00 pm so I was a bit late for my beer. ;) |
