--- Quote ---American gamers who got to play on original cabinets will likely prefer the looser feel of Happ or Midway cabinet sticks, whilst modern fighter enthusiasts and Eastern gamers will favour loose ball-top sticks like Seimetsu and Sanwa as found on candy cabs.

So what does that make me, a primarily North American gamer (1978-87, 1989-present) who played on original cabinets with European roots who also played in the mid 80s for a year on Euro cabs (1987-1988) but prefers Sanwa and Competition sticks with concave NA style buttons? ;)  (Note: the answer cannot be an "arse"!)

Funny, I was born in '68, I had a Pong game at home in the very early 70s(or whenever the were first avaiible), then an Atari 2600, I remember the black and white arcade games of the late 70s I played at the bowling alley, played Pacman and Donkey Kong when they were new in the early 80s, etc., etc. Maybe it's because as soon as I got my driver's license in '84 I kinda lost interest in video games, and haven't played on many arcade machines since then(really can't remember when I did last; has it really been 25 years ago?), but I like the feel of the 4 way on the Magstick, I've only been playing on it a couple time a week since I got it, and I'm already as good as I was when I was a kid..
