No one here mentioned putting on The Smiths? Or am I the only one who had girl problems in the late 80s and used sad British pop music to get through it?
I don't mean this to be disrespectful or anything. I am just going to state some facts -
My friends and I always agreed that you had to be gay to own a smiths album.
The only one of my friends that did own a Smiths album went on to become a hairdresser.
It's more of a hobby, as he's a kept man.(kept by another man)
I thought it was just us that had this theory, but in Marilyn Manson's book, he also states that you have to be gay to own a Smiths album.
If several people independently reach the same conclusion, there's probably some creedence to it.
I listened to Nine Inch Nails - Prety Hate Machine when I had girl trouble.
There's a mistake. Eventually I grew some balls and outgrew the whiny ---That which is odiferous and causeth plants to grow---.
They should have gotten anyone who can play the guitar to do that cover.
Well, during the Grung era, I'd listen to anyone who wasn't wearing spandex and making "O faces".
I do enjoy me some Steel Panther nowadays....... now there's some Valentine's Day music...
