Hey Road Rash (1,2 & 3) itself is good too! I know you can get the ps version, but the genesis version is the classic for me

Contra Hard Corps is friggin' awesome.  I also liked the EA sports NHL games...  Sonic is pretty rad.  Ghouls and Ghosts was amazing before Mame came around.  Shinobi series was pretty cool...

Beyond Oasis *GET IT!!  very very very good Zelda type RPG, in fact, I'm gonna go get that*
Contra Hard Corps  *damn hard but fun*

-btw, Panzer Dragoon was a saturn game only, well besides the Xbox one
