Mrotate Program

I am just about ready to release MRotate3, which is quite a step up from MRotate2.
Differences include a more graphical test panel, ability to have separate speeds (PWM) in either CW or CCW.
Ability to control a parking brake. (Or lock)
More precise timer, meaning smoother motor PWM operation.
Separate programs for setup and run, meaning smaller run program.
I will post on here when it is ready to download, and maybe a few screen shots.
