Here is my problem, I created a MAME cabinet with a rotating monitor and would love to do the automatic rotation using Mala but I am lost on the H-bridge/motor driver set-up. I saw a set-up using MAME to control the rotation http://206.113.145.82/mame/index.html I couldn't get the software to work so I gave up on this idea but not before purchasing the VNH2SP30 motor driver from Pololu. When I saw your fantastic work, I thought I would give it another try but I don't understand how integrate this motor driver with the motor, limit switches and parallel cable. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Do you already have a motor on your setup? If so how much current does it draw?
I will have to look up that VNH2SP30 drive and get back with you on how to connect it to your motor.
Do you have a printer port on your computer?

EDIT:
I looked up that VNH2SP30 and it looks like a chip, however I did find some drives that use that chip.
Can you post a link to the drive that you bought?

Looks like a good motor. You will need a drive to run it. If you havent bought a drive yet, I can give you a few links to buy one. This motor pulls 5 amps, so you will need a drive that can handle that.
The one in Koz319's website can be built, he has a link to the instructions on his website.
I made one and it wasnt real hard, but it helps if you have good soldering skills.
Does your computer have a printer port?

I do have a printer port, can I use the VNH2SP30, Koz319 recommended it in his web site? If there is one that will work better, than I'll use that one, I prefer to buy that build. I have been able to pretty much figure out everything I wanted to do on my cabinet, I have three rotating control panels as well,(wouldn't it be neat if they could rotate automatically), from the forums but this one has me stumped, because I haven't done very much with electronics I needed to ask someone about this, thanks again for your help.
