It's so strange how links to these illegal jailbreaks are showing up all over mainstream websites, with nary a cease and desist in sight. Not the least of which being greenpois0n.com, a site registered in Arizona. Why oh why has Apple not shut them down? Maybe Apple just can't afford to hire a lawyer.

Maybe they are waiting for a golden opportunity like a sap dumb enough, to taunt them into make an example of.
Remember Shmokes you have not read that link I provided nor the obvious breakdown of the statements from the Library of Congress as listed in the above thread. Otherwise you would have realised that the Statement absolves those who provide the service to jailbreak iPhones.
Perhaps you like to promote your ignorance to the whole world via your online pseudonym.
At least I have the education to admit when I am wrong, maybe you need to study up on that. ::)
Donkbaca:
The library of congress "ruling" you cite is just commentary regarding copyright law. How does that apply here? What copyright is being infringed on? Nobody is ripping off Apple code as far ad I know

Yes, I'm sure that's it. They don't want to go after people creating or distributing the jailbreaks. Cos, like, all they're losing now is millions and millions of dollars. They're just biding their time until they can find a golden opportunity to teach someone a lesson for taunting them. Cos Apple hates taunting.
