Rotating monitor project (long)

I think DaOldMan built one with a crt. Maybe he'll chime in about it. I have seen them done though. It's usually done with a bicycle chain and sprockets for the rotating part. I seem to recall on setup where they encased the crt inside a bicycle rim and mounted roller blade wheels to the cabinet for bike rim "track" on, kind of like a reverse train track set up.

Generic Eric:

Wow.  That rotated quicker than I imagined.  That is cool.

DaOld Man:

Check out the MRotate forum on here. It has a link to my project. Others on here have done CRTs too.
I wish anyone who has a rotating monitor project on here would post a link to it in MRotate forum.
Any new projects should start (and end) in Project Announcements, but links in MRotate would be a good place for new people to easily find rotating projects.

That looks new :)
