Hmm,
Pretty darn busy.  On Sunday I spent several hours driving a truck with pallets of flooring back and forth between Home Depot and my house.  Then I carried the sections into my basement over and over again while my wife shouted down updates on the Bears/Seahawks, and then Jets/Pats games.  Grocery store run, daughter woke up early from her nap, and then needed to prep kitchen/furnace room for a plumber visit to check some pipes...

If the show is awesome I'll hear about it later and try to catch it on DVD.  On my DVR right now, about 8 episodes of "Lie to Me" and I've still only seen (but liked) the first 30 minutes of "9".  Saving the remainder of that when wife/daughter are otherwise occupied.  Time is scarce man!!   :afro:

I know, right?  I'm extremely busy.  I've got a ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- ton of content I haven't seen or read.  Two hours is time enough to catch one of the myriad movies I've been meaning to see for ages.  I could watch a couple episodes of Dexter that I'm behind on.  I could work on my arcade cab or a million other things I need to do.  I could read a book or finally start 24 or Mad Men.  I could check out The Walking Dead, which looks much more promising.  I could play with or read to my daughter.  I could clean the house or make cookies.  I could open a beer and stare at the wall.  Any of these things would have a better chance of bringing joy to my life, and I don't have time to do them all.

To free up some time, you could stop trolling for handouts to go to Europe, learn how to stop your BB from calling 911, and stop arguing about console peripherals w/ Randy....

Don't be so dramatic, you don't NEED to do any of the things you mentioned, except of course play with and read to your daughter... you should always do that!

I fear that many who read this won't understand the appeal, but somedays a beer and a wall would do me just fine, thank you very much!!!

I've seriously been laughing for a full minute.  :lol
