In Asia, they don't really have root beer either, they drink Sarsaparilla. Its just not the same....

Also, that poutine sounds awesome. I love chili cheese fries, and this sounds like a cousin of the dish. I can get good fries and cheese curds, but I'm a little foggy still on what kind of sauce to use. It sounds like there are a wide variety of acceptable sauces... Being American, I would just go with BBQ sauce, but I'm sure that is committing poutine blasphemy. Can anyone tell me a good sauce to buy/make for a first time trying poutine?

Also, are the cheese curds heated or room temp?

I've never been to England, but I can't imagine it's much different on the chocolate front considering it's part of the EU).

Being in America I miss a lot of European goods, particularly French stuff, but I've been dying without a certain danish salt licorice for the past couple years.  I recently have had news that I might get another sample of that soon.  My fingers are crossed!

Thank You!
I was just about to "chime in" in regards to Hersheys one of the most awful chocolates ever.
