That Ultimate 1541-II flash cart looks good. Dunno if I should get one :P
Still have my HACK games that was use in a CAB.
ex: in MsPacman, it says originally hit "F1" for play, I change it using a HEX editor (forgot the name, I think it was Renegade, or was it Warp Speed) to say, Hit "Player one Button to Play".
I did some games, but then it got tiring and killing lots of time. I dunno/forgto how many I did.
I made a CAB out of DK cab and shove in the gutted C-64 and wired up the keyboard (hack it) to the controls. This was all done before MAME was even born.

Nice. Yea the Ultimate 1541-II carts are nice. They just emulate the floppy drive so you are still playing the game on the original hardware. The only issue with them is the price and the wait. When you order one you get put on a waiting list..I have heard some people getting them within the month and other having to wait a few months. I believe the price is somewhere around $160, But I am just crazy enough to drop that kind of cash on it. :)

This is a lot cooler than previous C64 PC attempts. I remember checking out the "New Commodore" from the previous C64 license owners a couple years ago, and they pretty much were making PC's with c64 logos on the tower. It was kinda lame...
I really wish they had classic c64 joystick ports though. All they would need to do is mount one of these in there and it would be treated like a usb joystick:

Wait, for just listening to old SID stuff? I use Sidplay. Also, check out the High Voltage SID Collection.
