Hey Saint, I wanna pre-order the new book edition as well as order a few other things from Amazon.  But I can't use your header link for the site-support through Amazon.com (they don't ship up here to "Canuckistan"), I have to go through Amazon.ca - the Canadian version.

Is there a link to get BYOAC commission credit for Amazon.ca?
