I remember dabbling with MAME a little bit back in college about 6ish years ago.  I didn't do much with it, but I remember installing it and playing a few games for a couple of days.  I hadn't ever thought about it again until a few months ago I ran across some little snippet about it somewhere on the net.  Somehow, I managed to come across this site and see all you guys building cabinets from scratch.  I WAS HOOKED!

I did a bunch of reading and started planning out my cabinet.  I told a buddy at work about new discovery and he was instantly hooked to.  Before I ever got out of the planning stages, he had a functioning cabinet built!

I took my time, researching and planning.  Here's a quick pictorial guide that's led me to where I am today.  (I'm 90% done)

I used the plans from arcadecab.com, but modified them a little here and there to suit me and my needs.
