have you ever been a victim of identity theft or had bad customer service?

<< < (3/4) > >>

DaOld Man:
I got my credit card stolen once and they charged all kinds of crap on it, luckily Visa called me and canceled, i wasnt out any money at all, just a lot of inconvenience.
And to your second question:
I have had bad customer service on just about anything I have called for. Is it like federal law now that you  must talk to a robot voice on the phone?
And the worst, hands down-butt up, worst telephone customer service I have ever had was with crappy McAfee anti-virus. Long story.

And HarumaN, gotta love the nazi cat!

DaveMMR:
Bad Customer Service -AND- Identity Theft?   Why not computers -AND- dog grooming instead?

But seriously, I feel like both topics are unrelated (unless you're talking about bad customer service WHILE complaining about identity theft, in which case well, then, okay).  You should have a broader scope under which both can fall (*cough* The Consumerist *cough*) or pick just one and focus on that.  I can't imagine someone looking for ID Theft support will want to read about how Mitzy from Sheboygan was treated rudely by the operator at QVC.

EDIT:  Yes, I do realize you are covering more than just those two topics, but the title of your blog and the post you made on 11/19 says otherwise.

And yes:  grammar, spelling, all the good stuff.   I see English is not your native tongue.  Maybe dictate for someone to punch up?

P.S.: The grassy background has got to go.   David Horowitz would never work with such a background and neither should you.  Blogger has a very decent selection of backgrounds that's no so "picnic-y".

What do you wnat me to prove? That i will find someone to help me on my english skills?
O to prove that im trying to do somenthing good?
O to prove that customers information its very easy to obtain?
If is the last , ill dare someone with a blue cross blue shield of florida account, or boostmobile account or sun trust account, to just provide me with theyr real name, with just an easy move i can get , adress, social security number, credit cards numbers and more.
The fact that people are hungry for money at those companys, make's it easy to get all that information, for  no more then 20 dlls. Try me.
