Sorry, heavy order load this week. I also had to find my source files for this part.
See the attached DXF file. It should make it easy for you (better than dimensional drawings).

What is the thickness of that acrylic mounting piece, 1/8"?

No problem. Plan on about .103", but it can vary a little between parts. Manufacturer tolerances on acrylic thickness aren't extremely tight.
Also, if insetting the plate, don't forget to give the perimeter a little clearance. I'm sure you are aware of these things, but sometimes folks will try to put a 1" peg in a 1" hole, which doesn't work :)

Cool deal. Thanks for the dimensions. And yeah, I tend to "grow" things slightly in plans to allow for a little wiggle room. :cheers:
