Youre kidding right? Spam is awful, I dont know where they get the meat for the mcrib, but it doesnt even matter. Its delicious. I wish I would have tasted the one from the 80's but I dont really think how different it can be. Its SO GOOD.
The sourdough jack from JITB is killer too, but you can get that anytime, same with IN n Out. Back on point, GET A MCRIB OR DIE!!! >:D

Err...you were 3 when it debuted. I was 16 :) (god, I feel old)

IIRC the numbers correctly, sodas amount to phenomenal profit margins for restaurant chains. Back in 1995, I crushed the numbers once and the overhead on a single XL cup of soda amounted to less than two cents. It would take an additional six refills to add another couple of pennies to that. I can't imagine the numbers being that much higher in 2010.

That's because everyone's trained to fill the cup with ice. Completely filled.

--- End quote ---
The SAUCE makes it. (Coincidentally, I hadn't realized this, but it's the same BBQ that they use for the nuggets dipping sauce.) Not onions or pickles. And I love onions and pickles, they just don't appeal to me on that sandwich. When I worked there, I'd put some cheese on it, but I'm too thrifty to do that now.

McD's fries + their BBQ sauce = YUM!
